Career and Executive Coaching

Summary

John F. Sinclair
Individuals live and breathe at the heart of any great organization. Unleashing their potential is my life's work.
Welcome to my website! I'm hoping that this will be a place of information and perspective for you, and I'd love to hear your thoughts as well.

I have the great good fortune to be a member of the North American Careers Management Leadership Team. Our team of inspiring and dedicated colleagues are engaged in hands-on, on-the ground talent development in both the outplacement and career development arenas. Every day we work with individuals and groups who are in some stage of transition in their careers: inside and outside organizations. At the end of each day, it is so gratifying to see the folks we coach emerge from what is often a very difficult time with hope and strength, ready to meet the next challenges that face them. It's thrilling when they move onto their next successful opportunities. As a coach, it's an honor to feel like I had some hand in that.

I love my work, and I know just how rare and precious that is. This is some of the most rewarding work I can imagine, and I am proud to do it, and prouder still to be a part of Right Management and work with such talented and passionate colleagues.
