Individuals live and breathe at the heart of any great organization. Unleashing their potential is my life's work.
At West Chester, I managed a university residence hall (300 beds) and 15 student staff.
At Stony Brook, I managed university housing consisting of 6 residence halls (1200 beds) and 50+ professional, maintenance and student staff. I chaired the Capital Development team for Stony Brook's Division of Residence Life, encompassing 26 residence halls. Of most significance to me, I also developed and led an upper-division psychology course "The Psycho-Social Development of the College Student".
At MEDIQ/PRN, I built the Human Resources function from the ground, ultimately including all aspects of management development, performance management, benefits and compensation and administration of corporate policy and employee relations. I was instrumental in guiding and managing organizational and personal development and change during a series of a dozen acquisitions and mergers.
